    Comprehensiveness rating: 4

    I believe the book was comprehensive, it covered a variety of topics related to Cultural Intelligence and leadership. I believe it would have benefited from more of an international perspective.

    Content Accuracy rating: 3

    I thought the book seemed accurate, however it relied on a lot personal perspectives and lacked scholarly support.

    Relevance/Longevity rating: 4

    I think the book's subject matter is very relevant as globalization and current trends point towards an increased emphasis on cultural intelligence.

    Clarity rating: 3

    I thought the book was clear, but a little to informal with the authors voice very present and a bit overbearing.

    Consistency rating: 4

    I believe the book was consistent from chapter.

    Modularity rating: 4

    I thought the book succeeded in the area of modularity. Each chapter could be read individually.

    Organization/Structure/Flow rating: 4

    I thought the book had good organization and flow in the beginning, but this tailed off towards the end and seemed scattered.

    Interface rating: 3

    I think the book's interface was average. It seemed very drab and lacked sufficient images and visual depictions.

    Grammatical Errors rating: 4

    I did not catch many grammatical errors.

    Cultural Relevance rating: 5

    Due the nature of the book subject's, it very much is culturally relevant.

    I would have preferred the author keep their voice out of the text, it read more like a personal biography, rather than an academic textbook.
