Leading with Cultural Intelligence
I believe the book was comprehensive, it covered a variety of topics related to Cultural Intelligence and leadership. I believe it would have benefited from more of an international perspective.
I thought the book seemed accurate, however it relied on a lot personal perspectives and lacked scholarly support.
I think the book's subject matter is very relevant as globalization and current trends point towards an increased emphasis on cultural intelligence.
I thought the book was clear, but a little to informal with the authors voice very present and a bit overbearing.
I believe the book was consistent from chapter.
I thought the book succeeded in the area of modularity. Each chapter could be read individually.
I thought the book had good organization and flow in the beginning, but this tailed off towards the end and seemed scattered.
I think the book's interface was average. It seemed very drab and lacked sufficient images and visual depictions.
I did not catch many grammatical errors.
Due the nature of the book subject's, it very much is culturally relevant.
I would have preferred the author keep their voice out of the text, it read more like a personal biography, rather than an academic textbook.
