Version 1.1 (January 2022) can be ordered using this form and is available for pick-up at TU Delft only (Inge van Rooij, room 23.HG 3.73.1). Since we have a limited stock (about 50 books in January 2023), please first verify with Inge whether copies are still available before you transfer the money. The price is €29.50. Pick-up is possible on Tuesdays (until 14:00), Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Version 1.2 (January 2023) is available from the first week of February 2023. It cannot be ordered via this form, but will be available through the Open Textbook webshop of Holland Ridderkerk. The price is €46.23 excluding the shipping costs to your destination.
